Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be made for a specific activity, date, and time, although it is not mandatory. However, in this case, the customer will be placed on a “Waiting List” and their spot will be subject to availability.

If the customer wishes to guarantee their spot, full payment must be made in advance.

When arranging the payment through the Online Payment Platform from NOMADS DIVING, the customer must ensure that the payment is completed before the expiry (Limit Date / Time) indicated by NOMADS DIVING. Once expired, NOMADS DIVING does not guarantee the availability of space for the requested activity.

If the payment period has expired, the customer must contact NOMADS DIVING to reconfirm the possibility of joining the requested activity. Once confirmed, they will receive an updated email to proceed with payment and secure their spot.

NOMADS DIVING offers a variety of dive sites that are generally scheduled in advance. Due to various factors, particularly weather conditions (wind, waves, currents, etc.), these destinations may be subject to change, altering the initial schedule of the day or even for days ahead. While we will do our best to adhere to the initial schedule, we cannot guarantee that customers will dive at their originally booked destinations. Therefore, no refunds will be issued, and customers cannot reschedule for another day.

In Indonesia, a valid diving license is mandatory for participation in diving activities. It is the customer’s responsibility to present a valid document proving their certification. This can include, but is not limited to, a physical or digital diving license, a photograph or photocopy of the certification, or a screenshot from the official website of the certifying diving organization. Emails, letters, or documents from other dive centers or instructors verifying the customer’s credentials, as well as recorded dives in logbooks or computers, will not be accepted. If the customer fails to present their diving license, they will not be permitted to participate in the booked activity, and no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

Once the activity is paid for and confirmed, the following refund policy applies:
