All year round… from November to June, the waters are warmer; from July to October, the waters are cooler, but you’ll have the chance to encounter the majestic Mola Mola.

Like its big sister Bali, Nusa Penida has two main seasons: a dry season from May to November and a rainy season from December to May. However, unlike Bali, Nusa Penida is a small island with little relief, so it is very rarely affected by rain. The weather is pleasant all year round.

Don’t miss Manta Point to see manta rays and Crystal Bay for mola molas. Many other sites are also very interesting, such as Blue Corner, Karang Sari, and more. Some sites are great for observing pelagic fish, while others feature incredible coral gardens or even macro diving.

Yes, our dives usually finish around 2 PM, leaving you the afternoon to engage in other activities such as hiking, visiting beaches, exploring cultural sites, or simply enjoying a cocktail at sunset.

Ferries depart regularly between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM from Bali (Sanur) to Nusa Penida. The journey takes about 45 minutes.
